Reservations

Minimum Three (3) Nights Stay Required

For our Gardenview, Penthouse and the One, Two and Three Bedroom Suites. Also, during all of July and first two weeks of August and holidays, a 3 night minimum stay is required on our smaller units. If the minimum stay requirement is not met the In-Season rate will be applied.

No cooking allowed in all our units

Reservation Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation 6 months to 2 months prior to arrival. Payment in full for reservation is due 45 days prior to arrival date, or you may lose your reservation. Payment in full is required if reservation is made 45 days or fewer before arrival date.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy

Your deposit minus a 15% service charge will be refunded if your cancellation is received before six weeks prior to your arrival date. You will lose your 50% deposit for cancellations that are fewer than six weeks unless the reservation is filled. You then will only lose the 15% service charge. A reservation that is part of a large group will have a separated cancellation policy.

Security Deposit

Because this condominium is privately owned, an additional security deposit of $100 for Gardenview, $250 for Penthouse, $250 for One Bedroom Suite, $300 for Two Bedroom Suite, and $350 for Three Bedroom Suite is required when checking in. Security deposit will be returned after your stay unless cleanliness issues or damage has occurred. This is not part of the reservation payment but a separate check memo security deposit and given at the time of check in.

Payment and Confirmation

Cashier, money order, or personal checks are accepted. Visa and MasterCard are accepted during the season. A confirmation for reservation will be mailed or faxed to you. To secure your reservation you must sign the confirmation and return by mail or fax to Mackinac Resorts with reservation deposit and full payment. After final payment, an information packet will be mailed to you.

Check In/Check Out Times

Check In time is 3:00pm - Check Out time is 11:00am

NO CHARGE FOR CLEANING

There is no smoking in the suites. No pets are allowed. Barbecuing on balconies is not allowed. Horse drawn taxis and shuttles to and from the condo are available 24 hours a day at an additional cost by call the taxi service at (906) 847-3323.

Kids under 10 are free. $25 add'l charge per night per child ages 10 to 15 years old, $100 add'l charge per night per guest 16 years and older, if sleeping on the sofa sleeper in 2 or 3 bedrooms with rooms so equipped.

$50 add'l charge per night per guest 16 years and older.
